Alluring Presence : All humanoids within 30’ of Sylessi who look directly at her, must succeed at a DC 17 Charisma saving throw or be drawn towards her by the most direct path, regardless of the danger. This compulsion fades only once the target averts their eyes from her form, demanding disadvantage on all attacks directed towards her. Sylessi may suppress this ability as a bonus action. Anyone who successfully saves against this ability, cannot be affected by Sylessi for the next 24 hours.
Unearthly Grace : Sylessi applies her Charisma modifier to all her saving throws in place of the normal ability modifier.
Water Spirit : Sylessi is under the effect of Freedom of Movement whenever she is in contact with a sizable amount of water.

Charm : Sylessi targets one humanoid she can see within 30’ of her. If the target can see or hear Sylessi, it must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw against this magic, or be charmed by her. The charmed target regards Sylessi as their one true love, to be heeded and protected . Although the target isn’t under her control, it takes her requests or actions in the most favorable way it can.
Each time Sylessi or one of her companions cause the target harm, either directly or indirectly, it repeats the saving throw, ending the effect on itself with a success. Otherwise the effect lasts for 24 hours, or until Sylessi is slain, is on a different plane of existence, or takes a bonus action to end the effect.
Stunning Glance : Sylessi mentally disrupts a creature within 30’ with a look. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned for two (2) rounds. Anyone who successfully saves against this effect cannot be affected by the power for 24 hours.
A fey woman of terrible beauty, Lady Sylessi is the noble river nixie guardian of Silvershadow Lake. She is effectively the equal to Tiressia, in position, though she has a far more limited profile of guardianship, and holds her title from the Fey Border Court. Lady Sylessi has been here for centuries, guarding Silvershadow Lake from despoilment and intrusion. Some claim she is, however, older than most of the Fey that dwell in Echo Wood, though none seem to know for certain.
Her fellow river nixies, the River-Maidens, Frostmelt, Ripple and Shimmer appear to be her sisters, and follow her lead closely. Within the lake, however, she is without peer and ruler of its waters; none may pass, nor enter it without her bidding, and those who pass closely to its shore sometimes quickly come under her power. It is rumored that she possesses other, legendary abilities within Lake Silvershadow and its tributary the Mythwater.
On the 12th of Kelen, TR 1050, she enacted the “Ritual of the Wildwood” with Dame Kahli, formally declaring her the “Princess of Thorns”, and enacting the powerful ties of The Elder Scroll that bind her to the land and the land to her. She gave the new monarch a hefty piece of wood from a silver-barked Paueliel, the legendary “home trees” of the Noraldai, and received a hefty bag of rare seeds, mostly fruit trees, but a few other rare plants from the eaves of the forest, in exchange. She also revealed one of the great secrets of Silvershadow Lake, the “Water Palace” to the adventurers at this time.
