Constructed Nature : A bone golem doesn’t require air, food, drink, or sleep.

Immutable Form : The bone golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Magic Resistance : The bone golem has advantage on saving throws on spells and other magical effects.

Magical Weapons : The bone golem’s weapon attacks are considered magical.


Multi-attack : The bone golem makes two slam attacks.

Bone Prison : The bone golem targets one creature it can see within 60’ of it. A prison of magical bones surrounds the creature. The target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, or become restrained. The restrained creature can escape on a subsequent DC 20 Escape check, or by destroying the bone prison (AC 20; 50 HP; Immune to Poison and Psychic damage). The bone golem can only have one bone prison active at a time. It may dismiss the bone prison as a bonus action.


This horrific humanoid figure is a mass of bones and skulls tied together with slick ropes of raw sinew.

Bone golems are most often crafted as guardians of tombs—and sometimes formed from the very corpses they guard. They tend to be more aggressive than other golems, particularly the closer they come to destruction.


A bone golem’s body consists of bones from at least a dozen Medium or larger skeletons. The bones must be treated with special oils and shellac worth 1,000 gp. It takes at least two months (60 days) to properly construct a bone golem.
